Most PDFs carry pages nobody needs: a blank sheet the scanner picked up, a cover page, an internal note that should not go out with the rest. This tool deletes the pages you name and keeps everything else in one file.

It all runs in your browser. The document is never uploaded, which matters when the page you are cutting is the reason the file is sensitive.

Naming the pages to remove

Type page numbers the way a print dialog expects them. Commas separate single pages, a hyphen makes a range, and the two mix freely: 2,7,11-13 removes five pages. An open end works too, so 40- clears everything from page forty onward.

Clicking thumbnails does the same job faster. Each click adds that page to the box, and you can keep typing in the box afterwards to extend the selection past what the previews show.

How the new file is built

The original is never edited in place. The tool works out which pages survive, then copies those into a fresh document, so a problem part-way through leaves your source file untouched instead of half-edited.

Surviving pages keep their content, size and rotation. Page numbers printed on the page itself do not renumber, because those are part of the artwork; a document that loses page 3 will still read 1, 2, 4 in its own footers.

Why an empty result is refused

Asking to remove every page would produce a PDF with nothing in it, which no reader will open. The tool stops and tells you instead of handing back a broken file.
