Using this site

You're welcome to read, share and quote from this website. Please don't republish substantial portions of it as your own, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send automated bulk enquiries.

What's on this site is not an offer

Service descriptions, package names and indicative timelines on this site are illustrative. They don't constitute a binding quote. Pricing and scope for your project are set out in a written proposal, and only that proposal is binding.

Case studies and figures

Project write-ups on this site describe work by type and sector rather than naming clients, and results described are specific to those engagements. Past results are not a guarantee of future outcomes - your context, market and starting point differ.

Guides and technical content

The guides are shared in good faith based on real project experience. They're general information, not tailored advice, and we can't accept liability for outcomes from applying them to your own systems. Test anything in your own environment before relying on it.

Project work

Anything we build for you is governed by the proposal and agreement signed for that engagement, which covers scope, payment schedule, revisions, intellectual property and support. Where those terms differ from anything on this website, the signed agreement takes precedence.

As stated across this site: on final payment, ownership of the code, assets and accounts we produce for you transfers to you.

Third-party links

Where we link out to other websites or services, we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Intellectual property

The WebSync name, logo, written content and illustrations on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for loss arising from use of the website itself. This doesn't limit any liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website.
