Scanners and phone cameras have opinions about which way up a page is, and they are often wrong. This tool turns pages the right way round and saves a new PDF, without sending the file to a server.
The whole job happens in your browser. An invoice, a signed agreement or a batch of scanned records stays on your own machine.
Turning every page or only some
Choose All pages when a whole document came out sideways, which is the usual result of scanning a stack in landscape. Choose Chosen pages when only part of the file is wrong, such as a single wide table someone scanned the other way up.
Page thumbnails appear once the file loads. Clicking them fills in the page box, and you can edit that box afterwards to add a range the clicks did not cover.
Which direction to pick
90 degrees right turns the top of the page toward the right edge, and it is the fix for a page whose text reads bottom to top. 90 degrees left does the reverse. Use 180 for a page that is upside down, common when a document was fed into a scanner the wrong way round.
Rotation adds to whatever the page already had. A page stored at 90 degrees that you turn by another 90 ends up at 180, so a second pass corrects an overshoot instead of compounding it.
What happens to the page content
Nothing is redrawn. A PDF page carries a rotation value alongside its content, and this tool changes that value only. Text stays selectable, fonts stay embedded, and images keep the quality they arrived with.
Because no pixels are touched, the output file is close to the size of the input. Rotating a scanned document will not blur it or make it heavier.

Is my PDF uploaded to rotate it?
No. The file is read and rewritten inside your browser, and the download comes from your own device. Nothing is transmitted, so confidential documents stay confidential.
Can I rotate one page and leave the others alone?
Yes. Switch to Chosen pages, then click the thumbnails you want or type the page numbers. Every page you do not name keeps the orientation it already had.
Why did rotating twice give me an upside-down page?
Each rotation adds to the last. Two turns of 90 degrees make 180, which is upside down. Turn it once more in the same direction to reach 270, or use the opposite direction to step back.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. The page content is untouched. Only the rotation flag stored with each page changes, so text remains text and scanned images keep their original resolution.
Why does my viewer still show the old orientation?
You are probably looking at the original file. The tool writes a new PDF with a new name, so check that you opened the downloaded copy and not the one you started with.
