Drag a rectangle or circle directly over any part of an uploaded image to blur, pixelate, or black it out - each drag applies only to the region you selected, and you can lay down as many regions as you need before downloading a PNG. An Undo button steps back through your last several edits if a mask lands in the wrong spot.

When you'd use this

Redacting a face, a license plate, or a visible screen of personal information in a screenshot before posting it publicly, or blurring out a person or detail in the background of a photo you're sharing.

Common errors

Choosing the circle shape doesn't fit the circle to your drag box exactly - its diameter is set by whichever side (width or height) of your drag was larger, so dragging a narrow, elongated rectangle produces a circle that extends past the narrow dimension.

Undo history is capped at the last 8 edits and lives only in memory - it doesn't survive a page reload, so a mid-edit refresh loses both the undo trail and any unsaved masking.
